Look for a good guitar chord mp3 that is usable with a creative commons license, or available for free reuse. You can add your own guitar sounds too by either playing a guitar and recording it, or looking for mp3 or wav files you can upload to your guitar sprite.

Applications like the (free and wonderful) Soundplant will play sounds whenever a key is pressed, with fine control over the playback logic.If you want to make a program that works with the key presses WASDFG, flip your Makey Makey over and use the small white jumper wires to attach to your alligator clips and the conductive spots on your guitar. A simple floor switch or motion detector attached to a hacked computer keyboard or Makey Makey board could do the job nicely. Sometimes video motion detection is a complex and unreliable way to detect people. He made a VPT extension based on Video Trigger so you can use a camera to trigger any VPT function. VPT (Video Projection Tool) is a free app by HC Gilje that handles all kinds of complicated video projection tasks (cueing, mixing, effects, keystoning, etc…).
